We are located 10 minutes outside Ipswich just off the Warrego Highway

We welcome inspections of the boarding lodge but ask that you ring and make an appointment to inspect, as our guests need their rest.

Your dog must have a current C5 vaccination certificate, and cat a F3 which must be sighted by our staff prior to admitting your pet. You will also be asked to confirm that your dog has had a flea and tick treatment, we do have this available for purchase if your dog requires.

You are more than welcome to do so, though we do have raised beds for the dogs and igloos for the cats.

You pay for the day you drop your pet off, if you pick up before 10am in the morning you will not be charged for that day

8am to 10am and 4pm to 5pm Monday to Saturday, and Sunday 4pm to 5pm

We are closed Public Holidays

We prefer that you do pick up during those hours but realise sometimes it is not possible, pick up or drop off outside those hours are with prior arrangements only.

Yes all dogs are exercised at least 2 times a day in our grassed runs.

We feed premium foods and chicken mince or loaf, but if your dog has a special diet we are happy to feed them the food you bring in at no extra charge.

Not at all we are happy to accommodate 2 feeds a day if required.

Each of our cat enclosures allows the cats to burrow into their igloo for privacy, we also have several outside enclosures areas for the cats, to allow them to go outside if they wish.

We feed dry food during the day and each cat is given wet food at night.

We are happy to give oral or surface medication, at no extra cost, but we cannot give injections.

Our fees remain constant except from the 15th December to 15th January when they increase slightly. Please check our

rates.

Yes you can. Why don’t you take advantage of our day holiday which includes a bath and flea rinse. Drop off between 8am and 10 am and pick up between 4- 5 pm.

We and our staff all own dogs, we show and breed, and have been doing so for more years than we care to remember.

We accept cash or eftpos, sorry no cheques.

Eftpos does incur a surcharge

Yes we will. The price is determined by how many kilometres we need to travel. Ring us for a quote.

No the cattery is in a separate building. So our feline and canine friends can be totally separate.

Part of the questionnaire we ask you to fill in gives your vets details. If possible we will try and take your pet to their own vet. We will contact you, or your alternative contact, and let you know that they need to go to the vet. We have a very good vet on call at the kennels 24 hrs a day. All vet costs are the responsibility of the owner.

Each kennel has a secure enclosed kennel that your dog has 24hrs access to.

If your dog likes company and we have another dog of the same temperament and size we will endeavor to accommodate this.

Yes our kennels are large enough for 2 large dogs to share.

This is by prior arrangement only, we don’t release pets to other people without authorization.

This can be added on the admittance form when arrive.
